05 · Good to know

The fine print, kindly

Rooms, roads, little ones, and everything else — answered here so the weekend runs on smooth as silk.

Staying over
Rooms are held at The Maple Hollow Inn under “Vance 50” — book by August 10 for the group rate. The inn is a five-minute walk from the estate. A shuttle loops between the inn and the estate all weekend.
Getting there
Parking is free at the estate gate and along Lakeview Road. Rideshare drop-off is at the carriage house. Signs from the main road will be up from Thursday.
Little ones
Children of every age are welcome at all three gatherings — the lawn is stroller-friendly and the brunch keeps a corner just for them.
Dress
Garden casual Friday, garden party Saturday, come-as-you-are Sunday. Flat shoes are wise for the lawn; the evenings turn cool.
Gifts
Your presence is the present — truly. For those who ask, a honey-fund jar will sit by the guest book. No wrapping required; the weekend is the gift.
Accessibility
All three venues are step-free. Need a reserved seat, a hand at the gate, or anything else at all — just call or write the hosts below.

07 · Guest book

Leave a wish

Fifty years deserves a wall of words. Add a memory, a wish, or a toast — Rosalie and Henry will read every single one.

A little extra

A Page of Your Own

Anything you want to say — a note to guests, a favourite memory, a thank-you. Each block takes a title, some text and an optional photo; add as many as you like.

A note from us

If you have a favourite memory of Rosalie and Henry — a first dance, a late-night kitchen chat, the day the family grew — write it down and bring it to the party. We would love to read them all.
